Policies

Cupcakes:

Minimum order of 1 dozen cupcakes per order with a maximum of 2 flavors per dozen unless a mixed dozen offer is available. Cupcake orders MUST be received with 48 hours notice for delivery. Payment for cupcake orders can either be paid online or on delivery.

Cakes:

The minimum order amount of any cake is $50.00. 50% of the balance of the cake MUST be paid at the time of scheduling, final balance due upon delivery (excludes weddings). Cakes will not be scheduled until a 50% deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy:

Cupcake orders MUST be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to delivery. Cancellation for cake orders must be received 5 days prior to the delivery for a return of the deposit amount. Cakes or cupcake orders cancelled after the cancellation deadline will not receive a refund on the deposit.
